Warranty and Returns
All watches purchased from an authorized watch dealer are covered for any applicable defects for up to 1 year from date of purchase.
ANY WATCHES PURCHASED FROM BIG 5 MUST BE RETURNED TO BIG 5 ONLY!
Mechanical Defects
Mechanical defects include:
• Detached hour, minute, and/ or second hand
• Missing, detached, or not visible tritium tube/s is applicable
• Date/ Time cannot be adjusted
• Detached crown
If your watch has any of the defects listed above and is still under warranty please contact place of purchase or call the Campco Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
Battery
If your watch needs a new battery it can be taken to you local jeweler to have the battery replaced. If you have already had the battery replaced and the watch still does not function and water has not entered the watch at anytime please call Campco for RA #
Please DO NOT attempt to fix or replace batteries for watches unless you are a professional or qualified jeweler or you will void the warranty.
Water/ Moisture Damage
Watches that are labeled as water resistant feature a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing watertight. Water damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by the Campco Repair and service Center. If your watch is deemed defective Campco will cover the testing and repair charges.
If your watch begins to collect water/ moisture and you wish to have it tested and/ or repaired please contact Campco Return Department and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with shipping instructions.
Tritium Policy
Tritium watches are specially made for military and law enforcement. The Tritium has a low glow but is visible to the user in the dark. If for any reason your Tritium watch is not glowing at all please send the watch back to Campco for repair.
IMPORTANT:
Warranty DOES NOT cover damaged wristbands, broken crystals, or batteries. If your watch is in need of a new wristband one may be purchased from Tritiumtime.com
OR Campco. Crystal replacement charge for the UZI PROTECTOR is $20 + postage. For other models the charge for a replacement crystal is $10 + postage. If your watch is past warranty you will be charged for any repairs made.
